Root Lock starts 11/11.
Root Lock is a 6 month spiritual warrior training program for the spiritually, sensually, creatively gifted. The first 4 months are our group sessions and course work while the final 2 months we let everything gel and I support you one on one.
November-February is our root chakra stabilzation. We meet weekly Tuesdays at 2pm CST for 120 minute deep dive sessions with 1 integration week after every 3 weeks we meet-- except for the final week where we meet to celebrate!
Our sessions consist of conversational teaching lecture, hot seat coaching and intensive energy work, with bio breaks intermittently.
March-April are for you to orient to your preferred direction with one on one support, and get comfortable with your new root chakra structure.
We also have a private social network you can access 24/7 as soon as you join Root Lock, to check in with me and the other cohort members.
We have regular integration weeks to make space for all that comes up.
We take time to integrate our shadows intentionally and do that root work on a regular basis so that when unexpected life things come up we are already resourced, nourished and prepared to handle it.
The real spiritual work happens in your every day life.
Our time together is a respite.
Our time apart is for living.
We come together to bask together in the love we have for ourselves and lock back in to our process.
